Whispery is a demonstration service that creates voice summaries of your Gmail emails from the last 24 hours. This is a free demo service intended to showcase the technology and capabilities.

By using Whispery, you agree to:

• Respect the 3-attempt lifetime limit per email address
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Not use the service to process emails containing illegal content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or replicate the service

3. Data Handling

We process your data with strict privacy controls:

• Email Access: We only read emails from the last 24 hours with your explicit consent
• Content Safety: Up to 20 emails are filtered for safety and security before processing
• Data Retention: Voice summaries are automatically deleted after 1 day
• Permanent Records: We keep a permanent record of a cryptographic hash of your email address to enforce lifetime usage limits
• No Sharing: We never share your email content or summaries with third parties
